As a result of heavy discounts, all consolidated tickets are non refundable or changeable. In the event of a cancellation or change, a penalty may apply. We strongly recommend travel insurance. ASAP Travel Deals makes every effort to confirm reservations per passenger request, but passengers are responsible for all visa and passport documentation.

Once confirmed and received, please review your travel information/documents for accuracy on items such as:
1. Correct spelling of the name(s)
2. Flight times and airlines
3. Fare paid

If there are any discrepancies at all, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If ASAP Travel Deals does not receive a written notice of a discrepancy within 24 hours, we assume that the travel information/documents received are accurate. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD. ASAP Travel Deals reserves the right to charge service fees.

Reconfirming: All reservations must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time directly with your airlines. This is a mandatory procedure and we advise you to follow it for your protection as well as ours.

Re-confirming your reservation will allow ASAP Travel Deals to serve YOU better. This will allow you to review and reconfirm your flight information and ticketing directly with an airline representative, as well as give us enough time to fix and/or correct any errors. In the event of non-reconfirmation, or Visa/Passport issues, ASAP Travel Deals will not be responsible for denied boarding.

To finalize your purchase, it is necessary for us to receive a completed and signed Shipping Authorization Form.
